Past Projects
I started out with something called FanCade a simple game engine you can use on your mobile device, on android. I moved on to using GB studios, to make simple gameboy games. I unfortunately do not have these files anymore as I have changed devices several times in between.
I then started using the Godot engine.
The first game I made and published, was a very wonky, buggy incomplete asteroids clone, https://sinisterfly.itch.io/asteroid-belt. Despite it's simplicity I am quite proud to have been able to make it. Even if it's barely clinging to life.
- I also made a classic Doom style shooter template 2D FPS Game Template. Most of the assets used here are from external artists I found on Itch.io, and cobbled together using various youtube tutorials.
I wanted to try my hand at 3D game development and I must say it's a lot of work. So far I got some of the basics down.
I loved trying to make 2.5D levels by blending 2D art with 3D gameplay.
Here are some screenshots of my most recent project, I tried making a 3D FPS template. Unfortunately the shooting stopped working and I still can't figure out why.





I love being able to recreate some of my favourite mechanics in the games I grew up with. As I learn more, I will finally be able to put together a full game.
